Except for Loading and Unloading, be amended by adding the following:
Thirteenth Street Westerly side, commencing at the north
driveway of Fairmount School and extending
a distance of 146 feet in a southerly
direction during the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday through Friday, as defined by signs.
