Introduced and filed by .� Co l�n CITY OF RANCOR, MAE4E Engineering Department TO: Municipal Officers November 22, 1972 Pursuant to City Council Order 231-Z, passed July 10, 1922, authorising the construction of an extension to the Calla Road Sewer, the _`ollowing Information is submitted: The Installation of the sewer has been completed, consisting of 995 feet of 8 inch asbestos cement pipe and three manholes, extending easterly from a point in front of the Howard Johnson Motel on Ocilla Road. The total actual cost of the sewer installation was $10,086.00. Of this amount, 75% or $9,564.50 may be assessed against the properties benefitted as follows: NORTH SIDE Assessment to Assessment to Owner Frontage Be Levied Be Deferred Dr. Eugene E. Brown 329.5 ft. $ 1279.26 Raymond J. Cox 640.0 ft. 2484.95 SOUTH SIDE Durso Associates 548.9 ft. 2131.06 Diamond International 280.0 $ 1089.09 Diamond International 150.0 582.36 $ 1089.09 $ 6499.43 It was previously agreed by Council Order 231-Z that the assessments against the properties owned by Dr. Brown and Mr. Cox would be deferred, since they presently have only small dwelling units which have adequate septic systems, and do not require sewer service at this time. It was further agreed that the assessment against the Durso property and 150 ft. of the Diamond International property would be deferred, in as much as these properties are not yet developed.
