Pursuant to City Council Order 254-Z, passed July 4, 1972, chanting the
extension of the sewer on North Hildreth Street, the following report is submitted:
The extension consisted of the Installation of 1390 feet of 10 inch asbestos
cement pipe in a northeasterly direction from the end of the existing sewer. The
actual coat of the sewer Installation was $15, 048.00 of which amount 75% or
$11, 28 6. 00 may be as sea s ed against the properties benefitted. It was originally
proposed that the assessments be prorated againstthe areas served, and the
assessments would thus be as fellows:

Kagan -Lown 6 Co. 18.2 " 2,852.85
Edward J. Hughes 34,1 9 5,345.17
Total Assessments $ 11,286.00
The properties owned by Kagan -Lown and Edward J. Hughes are presently
undeveloped, and will receive no immediate benefit; it is therefore recommended
that the assessments against their properties be deferred until such time as entry
Into the sewer is requested, provided that a suitable recordable Instrument to that
effect is received from them. It is further recommended that the assessment of
Hews Body Co. be levied immediately.
