Treatment Facilities

ORDERED,
THAT , WHEREAS, the City Council by Council Order 4151-Y, passed
April 12, 1991, accepted a proposal from Metcalf & Eddy, Inc. for the preparation
of a preliminary report and for the final design of Secondary Sewage Treatment
Facilities, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary report has been completed and accepted by the
State of Maine, Department of Environmental Protection, and
WHEREAS, the statutory deadline for the completion of Sewage Treatment
Facilities necessitates the immediate start of final design, now therefore, be it
ORDERED, that Metcalf & Eddy, Inc, be directed to proceed with the
preparation of final construction drawings for the Secondary Sewage Treatment
Facilities.
