It shall be unlawful for any person while intoxicated or while in possession of alcoholic beverages to enter, attend or at any public dance, concert, performance, exhibition or program at the Bangor Auditorium. yhis provision shall not be c nstrud to prevent the possess on of alco- holic lco- holiCbev rages at properly licensed functions in said Auditorium or by private parties approved by the Auditorium Manager. STATEMENT OP FACT The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the prohibitions against intoxication r possession of alcoholic beverages at the Burger Auditorium. Prohibitions against smeking, profane language or disorderly conduct are alraady covered by State statute. It shall be unlawful for any person while intoxicated or while in possession of alcoholic beverages, to enter, attend or regain aany public dance, c r concert, performance� exhibitionor program at the Bangor Auditorium. This pro- vision shall not be construed to prevent the possession of alcoholic beverages at properly licensed functions in said Auditorium or by private parties approved by the Auditorium Manager. Disorderly or intoxicated persona shall not be permitted to attend any public dance or concert oxremain in or about such dance or concert, nor Shall any profane language, indecent or questionable conduct on the part of any person r persons be permitted in or about any public dance hall or another - when public dances or concerts are being held therein. O person shall bring any intm:icatingliquor into the property of anypublic dance hall or auditorium during the progress of any dance or concert. It shall be unlawful to smoke in any public dance hall or aulditorium.
