Discussion of the change was continued n February 4, 1974, at which time the Board devoted Considerable discussion to the proposal --its effect on the area, housing needs, and alternative potential for development. The Board then voted unanimously usly the following motion: "That the Planning Board, because it finds it inappropriate in the overall development of the whole area to zone the duties areaa Residence C, r ends against C. 0. 23AB, and that in doing a at thee a tine submits an alternative plan for the orderly development of the area. The Planning Board after discussion of the possible altertativea,and noting that they were of the opinion that development of the area should be for both multi -family and single-family development, voted 4 to1 to recommend the script; proposal based on alternative plan # 4 as the most appropriate for the area.
