SPBOICT: Zone Chane Third Street - Council Sense 260AA
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the Planning Heard held a public hearing
on the above request on October 15, 1973.
The Heard gave careful consideration to the request of the aupli-
ant, to these opposed to the change and to the recommendations
of the Planning staff.
After r of the problems involved the Hoard voted to recommend
approvalofa portion of the area
requested--that i area70
feet on Third Street adjacent to the existing development. They
recommended denial of the change for the balance of the property.
In recommending approval of part of the lot, the Heard took into
consideration the success; traffic safety problem existing with the
unloading of tricks servicing the store and the limited effect
such expansion would have on the area.
