ORDERED, THAT the attached petition from Orman G. Twitchell on behalf of Thomas T. Walsh to request in his behalf that the City of Bangor take whatever action that is appropriate and necessary to extend the so-called Arctic Brook sewer line from Grandview Avenue in a north or northeasterly direction so as to serve the properties i the Essex Street and Grandview Avenue area, including those n the proposed mobile home park which is presently under construction by Mr. Walsh on Essex Street.
