ORDERED,
THAT the attached petition from Orman G. Twitchell on behalf of Thomas
T. Walsh requesting that the so-called Arctic Brook Sewer be emended in a
north or northeasterly direction to serve Mr. Walsh's property on Essex Street
be and hereby is accepted and be it further
ORDERED, that the City Engineer make the necessary surveys, plans and cost
estimates, together with a list of possible assessments, and report his find-
ings to the City Council for further action.

Dear John:
I an writing as the attorney for the above -
captioned Thomas T. Walsh to request in his behalf that
the City of Bangor take whatever action that is
appropriate and necessary to extend the so-called Arctic
Brook sewer line from Grandview Avenue in a north or
northeasterly direction so as to serve the properties i
the Essex Street and Grandview Avenue area, including those
n the proposed mobile home park which is presently under
construction by Mr. Walsh on Essex Street.
