MM: The Planning Heard
RE: zone Change - Hogan Road - C. o. 223AA
Gentlemen:
The Planning Hoard held a public hearing on the above zone change
request on August 20, 1973.
The Hoard gave very careful 'consideration to the request and to the
potential developments of the parcel and general area.Me Hoard furthar
c
considered staff r mmenentions relative to long re de,elopment needs
for the interchange which will result from commarrial and industrial
development of that area.
After consideration, the Planning Heard voted H-1 to recommend
approval of the zone change.
The Planning Heard does wish to advise the Council of the possible
requirement of a portion of the site for interchange needs if substantial
development were to take place in the Hogan Roof area.
There was further consideration that if that area a- the highway
wad to be developed, it should be for parking oily add act for buildings.
The Board felt that the question of future needs and or limitation
on use should be resolved with State officials.
Sincerely,
Carl J. Kosobua
