BANGOR 1YDRl-ELECTRIC OO PAIY, a Maine sorporation having its principal place
of business at Bangor. County of Penobscot, State of Maine, being only authorized
puraxant to the laws of the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply
electricity in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot. State of Maine, hereby applies
for a permit to authorize it to locate, conatrunt and saintain certain of its facilities,
hereinafter described, upon, along, under, over and across certain public says situate
in the municipality hereinbefore referred to.
Any person, firm or corporation claimirp, to be adversely affected by the proposed
locations described herein, shall file a written objection with municipal ofilcers, City
of Bangor stating the cease of said objection Within 14 days after the date of this
publication.

The facilities will consist of an underground ductline, wires and/or cables,
together with associated appurtenances and switching equipment. The airdrome depth to
the top of the ductline rill be approximately 18 inches. The ductline All be constructed
within the limits of the public way, tut outside the part thereof customarily used for
travel of vehicles insofar as possible. The initial operation of the facilities will
be at 4160 volts three phsaeg the voltage will be increased as occasion therefor requires
for operation not in excess of 20 U. to ground.

, Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO-EtECTRIC COMPANY dated Syne i, 1993,
requesting permission to locate captain of its facilities hereinafter described
upon, along, over and across certain public ways in City of Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, all as set forth in its application, it appears that
public notice thereof has been given by pxbllshing the text of said application
n Juno 6, 1973, in Bangor Daily News, a newspaper circulated in the aforesaid
municipality; that within 14 days after the aforesaid publication, no written
objection to the granting of said application are been filed with this licensing
authority by any person, firm or corporation claiming to be adversely affected
by the location described in the application referred to. Wherefore permission
s hereby given to said danger Hydro -Electric Company, to locate, construct and
maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along, over and
across certain public ways situate in this municipality as follows:

Description
