Said point being 164 ft. more r less north of Main Street; Thence i northwesterly direction 92.2 ft. toa point; Thence in anortheasterly direction at right angles for a distance of 1575 a ft. m or less to a point; Thence in a southeasterly r direction 62.45 ft. m or less to a point; Thence in a southwesterly dir- ection along the north line of the General Business zone to the point of beginning. The Planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the proposed as the area was near Main Street, waswithin that area proposed for business zoninginthe new ordinance, the Hoard feltsuch use was consistent.
