Residence A Zone to local Business Zone
Be it ordaimd by the City Couxail of the City of Bigger, ae follame:
— That the zone boundary lines as established by the Zoning ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, as amended, be hereby further emended
as follows:
To change from Residence A Zone to local Business Zone a parcel of land on
the west side of union Street addressed at 566 Onion Street and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a paint on the west side line of Union Street, said point being
100 ft. north of the intersection with 14th Street; Thence in a northwesterly
direction along the west line of Union Street for a distance of 50 ft. to a
Re int: Thence in a southwesterly direction at right angles to Union Street
for a distance of 125 ft. to a point; Thence in a southeasterly direction
parallel with Union Street for a distance of 50 ft, to a paint; Thence in a
northeasterly direction to the point of beginning.
Titus intending to describe lot 27, City Assessor's Sheet 11, containing
approximately 6,250 sq. ft.

RE: Fane Chnn¢e-Union Street -Council Order 16o3A
Pierre be advised that the PLea ing Hoard held a Public Hearing
on Monday, June 18, 1973 to consider the above captioned matter.
The Planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the request and
to the problems of the general area. They also considered the effect
of increasing the local Business Zone on other properties as well as the
traffic problem.
Me Planning Board then voted unanimously to recommend against
the change of zoning.
