RE: Amending Zoning Ordinance - Main St. at Farm Rose - C. 0. 15SAA
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public hearing
on Monday, June 4, 1973 to consider the above request.
Me Planning board gave careful consideration to the request and
to the potential use
engrossed, that of using the existing cafeteria
for public a Of major concern however esa the potential for develop-
ment under General Business and the access limitations necessary because
of the location.
The Board did feel that the General Business zoning did fit with
the character of development in thealthough there was
about the az adjacent to the ramp where it was assumed teak access
would be prohibited.
The Planning Board voted four to one to approve the zone change.
Sincerely, /
Carl
