ORDERED, TMT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the City of Bangor to execute and deliver a release deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, to Aflame Realty Corporation for conveyance of a certain parcel of land located on Short Street. N01B: On September 25, 1972 the City Council authorized the City Managar to negotiate the sale of the above indicated property. Please note that Agents Realty Corporation is o develop the property in accordance with the Urban Renewal plan. Ae you may remeabet, the property was initially conveyed to the City for purposes of widening Short Street. Since that time it has been determined that such action is unnecessary.
