TMT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of
the City of Bangor to execute and deliver a release deed, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, to Aflame Realty Corporation for
conveyance of a certain parcel of land located on Short Street.
N01B: On September 25, 1972 the City Council authorized the City Managar to
negotiate the sale of the above indicated property. Please note that
Agents Realty Corporation is o develop the property in accordance with
the Urban Renewal plan. Ae you may remeabet, the property was initially
conveyed to the City for purposes of widening Short Street. Since that
time it has been determined that such action is unnecessary. The
consideration for this transfer is $2,000.00

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAI the CITY OF RANDOM, a
municipal corporation located in the County of Penobscot and State of Maine,
in consideration of Due Dollar ($L.00) and other valuable considerations
paid by AW31S REALTY CORPORATION, a body corporate located at Brewer, County
of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remre , release, sell and forever quit -claim unto the said ADAMS
BEAUTY CORPORATION, its successors and assigns forever,
A certain lot or parcel of Land with the buildings thereon,
situate in Bangor, to wit Beginning at an iron rod at the
intersection of the southeasterly aide of Short Street and
the southwesterly side of Hodsdon Street;thence southeasterly
along the southwesterly side of Hodsdon Street, fifty-two
(52) feet to a point; theme westerly at an angle of forty-
five (45) degrees with the Last course, a distance of thirty
(30) feet to a point; thence southwesterly deflecting about
fatty -five (45) degrees to the left from the last course,
and generally parallel to Short Street, a distance of
seventy-eight (78) feet, more or less, to a paint; thence
southerly deflecting about forty-five (45) degrees to the
left from the last course, a distance of twenty-two (22)
feet to the northeasterly aide of Union Street; thence
northwesterly along the said northeasterly aide of Union
Street at a forty-five (45) degree angle from the last
course, 8 distance of thirty-seven (37) feet to a point

This conveyance is expressly made subject to all of the
provisions, terms and conditions contained in the Declaration
of Restrictions for the Kenduekeag Stream Project recorded
in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Vol. 2152, Page 367
Meaning " intending to convey the same premises conveyed
to the Grantor by Urban Renewal Authority of the City of
Bangor by deed dated dune 13, 1972 and to be recorded in
said Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
TO DAVE AND TO HOLD the above released premises, with all the
privileges and appurtenances thereof, to the said ABSNS REALTY CORPORATICS,
its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this
Instrument to be signed, sealed, acknowledged and delivered in its name and
behalf by Jahn G. Field, its Treasurer, this day of ,
