Change from Agricultural Zone to General Business Zone the two parcels defined on the accompanying map, as parcels © approximately 10.5 acres and parcel © approximately 1.8 acres. II. In its review the Hoard also considered the -interests of those opposed to the zone change as presented. After serious sideration of all the factors involved and in particular the problems related to the proposed 12 acres Of commercial development and its effect on, the Church and Educational Development, all development present and proposed, and also on the traffic flow, street needs and safety of the area, Che Planning board unanimously approved the following motion: That the Planning Hoard approve a zone change on Parcels 2, 3 and 5 as indicated.
