Me Hoard gave careful consideration to the proposed use residential subdivision. In itsc sideration the Hoard took note of the need for housing, the availability of the Capehart treatment plant --however, the Dept. of Environmental Protection will have to approve the increased discharge into the stream, and the fact that a subdivision plan will have to be processed. Me Poard also considered the effect that a subdivision may have on the school needs in the area and the City as a whole. Me Hoard voted nrtanimcusly to approve this request. Sincerely, Carl J.
