The Planning Hoard gave Careful c sideration to the proposal and to those opposed to the change. In its consideration the Hoard took note of the previous actions relative t the site and to the effect that either local or general business zoning will have. Of primary concern s the fact that while the proposed use may not be detrimental to the area itself --general business zoning would Let restrict changes of use in the future which could result in more extensive use. The Heard voted three to one to disapprove the zoning request. Sincerely, Carl J.
