Commencing at the northwest corner of the intersection of Broadway and Earle Avenue; Thence west along the north right-of-way line of Earle Avenue 100 feet t0 a point, said point also being the point of beginning; Thence continuing westerly along the north line of Earle Avenue 171.5 feet to the northeast corner of the intersection of Earle Ave. and Lariat Street Thence northerly along the east right-of-way line of insist Street, 100 feet to a point; Thence in a northeasterly direction 117 feet morr less along the south line of that parcel of land described in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1342, Page 245 to the southeast corner of said parcel said point also lying 100 feet west of the west right-of-wayline of Broadway; Thence in a southeasterly direction 100 feet west of and parallel to Broadway 169 feet more or less, returning to the point of beginning. The Planning Board gave careful consideration to the request for s zone change and to those opposed to such change. After Considerable discussion on the problems involved relative to • n change of zoning, including the peculiar status of the building, the Planning board voted unanimously to disapprove the request for a zone change.
