Orders Noe. 60 AN and 82 AB - A¢reement with Depositors Treat
WHEREAS, on January 14, 1974, by means of Council Order No. 60 A9, and on
February, 11, 1974, by means of Council Order No. 82 BE, the Bangor City Council
authorized the City Manger and the City Treasurer to execute and deliver an
agreement with Doped; itors Truer Company for the City's acquisition of certain
interests at Bangor International Airport,
NUJ, THEBEBOBE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor:
ORDERED, THAT the action of the City Council by virtue of Council Orders Nos.
60 AB and 82 AB and the authority delegated therein is hereby ratified and
confirmed; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, THAT in the event the compromise negotiated with the
Chapter x Trustee is not, or M n 4Judgmentre
of the City Manget not be
consummated within the timeperiod prescribed by said Council Orders, the
authority delegated and granted to the City Manager and the City Treasurer i
aspect to said agreement by virtue of said Council orders is hereby extended
for a period to expire on May 15, L974.
