ORDERED,
THAT the City Manager is authorized to purchase capital outlay equipment
for the Motor Pool In the amount of $72, 000 from the Equipment Replacement
Reserve Fund.
Statement of Fact: The Motor Pool has in Its replacement schedule five dump
trucks and a sweeper to be purchased in 1974. The
delivery time of this equipment is approximately 12 months from the date of
order, in order to assure proper replacement this equipment needs to be
purchased as soon as possible.
