THAT Chapter II, Article 14, Section 15.7 be amended to read as follows:
15.7 Annual Review. In addition to the above procedures, the Committee
shall annually review the status of all firemen and
all policemen who have extended their employment beyond twenty (20)
years. The Committee may require all applicants to submit to an
annual physical amination and/or psychological examination and/or

15.7.1 Limitations. No employee with at least twenty (20) years
service who has reached 55 years of age will be
extended in employment except that those employees who az

Chief of the Fire Department or any of the Assistant Chiefs
of the Fire Departmeat or the Chief of the Police Department or
Deputy Chief of the Police Department or their equivalents in rank.
