Be it ordained by the City Cour of dw Sib of Bangor, "Maws:
_ That the coca boundary lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Bangor on October 24, 1960, as amended, be hereby further amended
by changing from the Agricultural Zone to Residence Zones A, B and C and to
Park and Institutional Zone, as show on map attached hereto and made a
Part hereof.

SUBTECT: Zone Change - Ohio St. - C. 0. 88AB; B9AB
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public hearing on
Monday, Each 18, 1974 to consider the proposals for changing the zoning
in the Ohio Street area.
The BoarL continued their deliberation until April 1, 19i4 at which
time the following action was taken.
Based on the consideration for zoning the aren Ohio Street a
presented by the two proposals, Council Orders 8&B and 89AB, the Planning
Beard after considerable discussion approved several amendments to Order
88AB.
We Planning Board then voted 3-2 to r end rezoning the area

based on the definitionof Order 88AB as amnded•
A plan of the recommendation approved by the planning Board is
attached. -
