Said bond shall be- ne payable to the City of Merger if the developer orr fails to begin nstruction in aaubstantial career and inaordance with plans presently n file with the City for said develop- ment within one year of the effective date of this amendment." Majoher emended by deleting the last 4 lines beginning with "Together" and Further mended by deleting an area 2001 by 1600' along the meet line I engrossed, and received passage by the following yes and n vote: Councilors voting yes: Balaacci, Mellon, Bigney, Handsome filed by e engrossed Mooney, Needham and Stairs. The hoard gave core ideration to, and acted on the order at their eating of March 4, 1974. There Nor considerable discussion of the project, its relation to the general area, its effect on the area, suit- ability of site and general boning of the area. The motion was then made to recommend approval of the zone change with the exception of: (1) ana 200' by 1000' along the east line (as indicated on the enclosed map); (2) the deletion of the 85' access to Mt. Hope Ave. The hoard approved the motion 3 to 2. It xaa indicated that the Board generally felt the serece suitable for such development. Those voting against the motion noted that they were not apposed to the development, but apposed to the deletion of the roadway from the change.
