This is to requeet that the City Council appoint as special
police officers two persons employed for security duties at the
Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
They are.
George H. Barker, date of birth 6/4/24
Joseph Albert Foss, date of birth 10/5/42.
Mr. Barker is the owner and operator of Fine Tree Secuiity,
and Mr. Foss is assigned as captain of the guards employed by
Pine Tree Security and assigned at Eastern Maine Medical Center.
Mr. Parker has an extensive background in private security work,
and Mr. Foss has been employed in his present capacity for the
past sixteen months.
