WILEREAS, the City of Bangor is the owner of Bangor International Airport'
and
WIEREAS, it is demand in the best interests of the City of Bangor and its
inhabitants to provide for the establishment of a Foreign Trade Zone at said
Airport,
NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor;
ORDERED, THAT the City Council hereby finds and declares the establishment
of a Foreign Trade Zone
at Bangor International Airport
to be in the best
interests of the City of Bangor and its inhabitants} and he it further
ORDERED, BEAT the City Manager is hereby authorized add directed to take
all necessary action for purptaaof preparing and filing a application with
the Secretary of Commerce of the United States and all other appropriate gov -
mental agencies for purposes of providing for the establishment of a Foreign
Trade Zone at said Airport.
