THAT the attached petition from residents of the Mildred
Avenue area requesting a cost study for a new sanitary sewer be
and hereby is accepted, and be it further
ORDERED, that the city Engineer be and hereby is directed to
conduct the necessary surveys and prepare plans and cost estimates,
together with a list of possible assessments for the construction
of said sewer.
