The Planning Poard gave careful consideration to the request for the change, to the existing uses and coning as well as proposed zoning and to those opposed to the change. In their deliberation the Bcazd felt that General Business would allow a greet many asses—all of Much would not be conducive to residential growth n the neighboring area. The Sound also felt that the area lent itself to residential development,(projected R-1 in proposed ordinance) particularly until such time as the interceptor sAwer was available. The Board also considered the fact that access to thin area would have to be acroee a leaser zone (LB). After careful consideration the Board voted unanimously to recommend against the change to General Business. Respectfully submitted, Carl J. Notated 'C Carl s.
