_ That the zone boundary lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Bangor on October 24, 1960, as amended, be hereby further amended as follows:
By changing from Agricultural Zone to Residence A Zone lands on the east side of
Ohio Street to the Kenduskeag Stream as show on the map attached hereto and made
a part hereof.

Gentlemen: /
Please be advised that the Planning board held a public hearing on the
above zone change request on June 3, 1994.
The Planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the proposal and to
its relation to the area and the several proposals under consideration.
After such consideration, the Planning board voted unanimously to approve
the change of zone to Residence A.
