CITY OF BANGOR
(TITLE.) Mrbgr, Authorizing the. City Engineer. to Layout and Establish
the Extension of Crosby Street
By City Counail of the City of Banym:
ORDERED,
THAT whereas it is
in the beat interest of the City to provide
for the future extension of Crosby Street to Hampden from its
present terminus at sedate Road to permit the future industrial
development of the area, now therefore, be it
ORDERED, that the City Engineer, acting for and on behalf of the
Municipal Officers, according to law, lay out and establish the
lines and grade for the extension of Crosby Street in a westerly
direction from its present terminus at the westerly right -o£ -way
line of Coders Road for a distance of 300 feet more or less to the
Hampden Town line and be it further
ORDERED, that the City Engineer proceed to give notice of such
intention of said Municipal Officers according to law by posting
such notices seven (y) days in two public places in the City of
Bangor and in the vicinity of the proposed right-of-way, and the
City Engineer is further
ORDERED, to make a written return of said proceedings containing
the bounds and admeasurements of said right-of-way and damages
allowed to the person or persona for the land taken, all in accord-
ance with the laws of the State of Maine.
