STATEMENT OF FACT: 75% of the cost of the proposed project is to be paid by mans of a grant through FAA. Thin agreement represents an ant not to exceed $50,000 or 12h8 of the cast of this project, whichever is less. I would appreciate it if you and Bob Miller would sign these agreements today as Col. Maximum National Guard Bureau participation for this project s $50,000 or 12.5 percent of construction costs. The attached agreement returned for accomplishment in accordance with the fallowing c ents. National Guard Bureau participation most be changed to read s'amount not to reed $50,000 or 12.5 percent, which ever is less, including contingency funds ... b. National Guard Bureau's share is to be limited to construction casts only. (Change protect Costs to read construction costs on first page of the agreement). C. Bid opening should be established in mid June 1974 witha inimmm 30 day acceptance period to permit funding in either By 74 or By 75. 2. Revised Joint Participation Agreement should be submitted to NGB at the earlist possible date. The agreement should be signed by all parties conterned when submitted.
