ORDERED,
THAT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to accept
on behalf of the City of Bangor a deed from Richard R. Rosemeier, of
Orrington, a copy of said deed being attached hereto and made a part hereof,
for a certain vacant lot of land on Patten Street in the City of Bangor, said
lot being described therein.

A certain lot of "reel of land situate in Bangor, Penobscot County, State of Maine,
and bounded and described as follows: Said lot or parcel made up of ten (10) feet
off the North side of lot Number forty (40) on Patten Street to said Bangor,according
to Gilman's Plan of Patten Street recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deals In Plan Book
Vol. 2, page 28, and forty (40) feet off the South side of lot Number thirty-nine (39),
according to plan of Gilman aforesaid; meaning and intending to convey fifty (50) feet
on Patten Street and seventy-two and one-half (72k) feet back.
Being the same premises conveyed by Elsie M. Crowley to Richard R. Rosemeier by deed
dated norther 26, 1961 and recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Bends, Volume 1809,
Page 51.
