Evgiraginee er VD: rd Enclosures Upon the application of RANCOR HIDW-SABCTRIC COMPANY dated April 12, 1974 requesting permission to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along, over and across certain public Ways in City of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, all as set forth in its application, it appears that public notice thereof has been given by publishing the text of said application on April 19, 1974 In Hanger Daily News, a newspaper circulated in the aforesaid municipality{ that within 14 days after the aforesaid publication, no Written objection to the granting of said application has been filed with this licensing authority by any person, firm or corporation claiming to be adversely affected by the location described in the application referred to. Wherefore permission is hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company to locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along, ever sod across certain public ways situate in this municipality as follows: LOCATION: Beginning at an existing underground duct system owned by Bangor Hydro -Electric Company, located on the southeasterly corner of York ant Exchange streets; thence proceeding southerly along Exchange Street approximately 700 feet to an existing manhole located on the northeasterly corner of Washington and Exchange Streets. DESCRIPTION: The facilities will consist of an vvdergrowd ductline, wired and/or cables, together with associated appurtenance and switching equipment. The minimum depth to the top of the ductline will be approximately 18 inches. The ductlive will be constructed within the limits of the public Way, but outside the part thereof customarily need for travel of vehicles insofar as possible. Any person, firm or corporation claiming to be adversely affected by the proposed locations described herein, shall file a written objection with municipal officers, City of Bangor, stating the cause of said objection within 14 days after the date of this Publication.
