A detached, subordinate structure, the use of which is clearly incidental and related to that of the principal structure Or r the land, and which Is Located on the same Lot as that of the principal structure or use. Be it further ordained that Chapter %I, Art. 6 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor be further amended by the addition of a new Section ) as follows: Sec. ] Accessory Structures. The following requirements Shall apply to any accessory structure located o n individual mobilehme siteand a ory to the mobLLehome. The accessory structure shall: S 7.1 not exceed a width of L2 feet Or a length of 24 feet 7.2 be located not less than 20 feet from the street right-of-way and xer lot Linea, and not less than 5 feet froma aide lot line 7.3 not exceed eed a wall height of 8 fe-t--nor have roof pitch exceeding 5" per foot 7.4 have foundations that conform to the building codes of the City of Bangor 7.5 be screened from abutting properties 7.6 not obstruct required openings for light and Ventilation of the mabilehcmea nor prevent Inspection of any mobilehome equipment or utility onectiou and when attached to a home, shall be mpatlble to the style and material of the mobilehome Notwithstanding other provisions of this Ordinance, the ` Code Enforcement Office may grant permits for accessory structures for individual mobllehrmes which meetthese requirements. STAxBMBNT OF PURPOSE: There have been increases in requests to place accessory a ory structures (such fl n a garage) o individual lots within mobilehwre Park.
