(TITLE.) NTMI ttCCt. Amending. chapter WTI, Art. 3, Sec. 1 of ,the Ordinances
of the City of Bangor - AgncuLtural Zone
Be 4 ordained by the City Coamit of the City of Boom a follows:
THAT Chapter VIII, Art. 3, Sec. 1 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor
be amended by deletion of subsection (5) and replacing it with the following:
(5) Mobilehome parka constructed and operated i
accordancewith Chapter XI of the Ordinances
the Cof parent;
(B) Accessory use ustomarily incident to any of
the ab we uses.
STATEMENT OF PUSTME: The purpose of this amendment Is to clarify the
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance in respect to the location of mobile -
home parks constructed and operated in accordance with Chapter XI of the
Ordinances of the City of Bangor.

to recommend acaroval of the change.
