Be it ordafud by the City Conoid ofthe City ofBanpor, u /oGoWe:
THAT Chapter VII, Article 5, Section 19 of the ordinances of the City of
Bangor is hereby repealed. _
STATEMENT OF PACT: Chapter VII, Article 5, Section 19 of the Ordinances
of the City of Bangor provides prohibitions on the landing and storage of
Sime within 26 feet of the low-water mark. This Ordinance has been on the
books since at Least 1926, and there has been little or no need for its
enforcement.

The Committee has considered the subject matter and herewith submits
