That the bond boundary linea as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Sanger on October 24, 1960, as amended, be heresy further amended
as follows:
Ey changing from the Agricultural Zone to the Residential C Zane a parcel of
land on the East side of Kenduakeag Avenue north of the Season entrance Road
comprising approximately 21 acres as described on the was attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

Provided that this amendment shall not becone effective until
the developer or owner of the land described herein posts a perforsaace
bond in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor, the amount of said
bond to be equal to at least 25% of the estianted cost of the development.
Said bond shall become payable to the City of Bangor if the developer or
owner fails to begin construction in a substantial earner and in accordance
with plans presently on file with the City for sass development within one
year of the effective date of this amendment.

SUBJECT: Fast Side of %enduskee Ave.-C.O. 169AB
Gentlemen:
Please be advised that the Planning Based held a public hearing
n the above request to change a 27 acre parcel of land from the
Agricultural Zone to Residence C Zone, at their meeting on June 3, 1974.
The Planning hoard gave careful cc sideration to the proposed use --
a 150 unit housing project; to the effect such a use would have on the
general area; to the potential development Pattern for that quids; to the
need for housing; and to the relationship to the Hueson College buildings.
The hoard also gave consideration to thane opposed to the request.
After due consideration, the Planning Board voted t4-1) to recommend
approval of the zone change as proposed.
