Proposed Zone Change from AtoRC Change Area A Agricultural RC Residential C Bangor, the center of Mabe --the Gateway to Moines North Woods and Seashore Roseate (1litg of Paague, fflaing June 5, 1974 TO: The Honorable City Council FROM: The Planning heard SUBJECT: Fast Side of %enduskee Ave.-C.O. 169AB Gentlemen: Please be advised that the Planning Based held a public hearing n the above request to change a 27 acre parcel of land from the Agricultural Zone to Residence C Zone, at their meeting on June 3, 1974. The Planning hoard gave careful cc sideration to the proposed use -- a 150 unit housing project; to the effect such a use would have on the general area; to the potential development Pattern for that quids; to the need for housing; and to the relationship to the Hueson College buildings. The hoard also gave consideration to thane opposed to the request. After due consideration, the Planning Board voted t4-1) to recommend approval of the zone change as proposed.
