THAT the building or structure located at 29 Carr Street, Bangor, Maine,
on a lot described in Volume 825, Page 31L, in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds i
Adjudged a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, MAINE REVISED STATUTES

of 1964, Sections through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as
follows:
(1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by
the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date
of passage of this order, said demolition to be i
conformity with the Laws and ordinances of the City
of Bangor.
(2) In the event said building or structure in not
demolished within thirty (30) days as provided above,
the City Cade Enforcement officer shall cause said
building or structure to be demolished as
n as
possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid
by the owner(s) o sed against the property in
accordance with O PURA6.Section 2853.
(3) Thener(s) of said buiidmg o Structure shall
remove ALL personal property located therein, and
in the event that the owner(s) fail to comply with
this Order, the City Code Enforcement Officer Shall
remove and dispose of said personal property.
