To render genaral assistarce to all eligible applicants Inaccordance with all applicable State and Local Laws, ordinances and regulations. 2.2 Rehabilitation. To stress the rehabilitation of persons receiving aid and assistance so that such persons may became more productive and better adjusted members of the ccasualty. 2.3 Reimbursements from the Stare. To Lneure that the City of Bangore ceive a all reimbursements from the State, as permitted by Law, fora general assistance n to pens ono eligible for such assistance within thecommunity. 2.4 Cooperation with Federal and State Governments. Tocooperate with the Federal and State governments in matters of mutual concern. 2.5 Burials. To provide burial for indigent persona whose death may r in the City of Bangor and to recover the amounts necessarily expended as provided by lay. 2.6 Assistance to Ex -Servicemen. To provide assistance to ex -servicemen in accordance with all applicable laws.
