ORDERED,
THAT the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a release deed on behalf of the City of Bangor to FwLe Brothers Rnme Building
and Remodeling Company, Inc., in a foam approved by the City Solicitor, for
Purposes of releasing the City's interest acquired by virtue of a sewer deed
assessed for the year 1950 and recorded in Volume L412, Page 191, Penobscot
Registry of Deeds.

Deed running from the City to Fowls Brothers Home Building
and Remodeling Company, Inc., and it would be appreciated
if you could have this executed by Sohn Field and returned
to this office today before 3:00 p.m., if possible, as we
do have a closing today in this matter.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT the CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at
Bangor in the County Of Penobscot and State of Maine, in consideration
Of one dollar and other valuable considerations paid by FOWL.
BROTHERS HOME BUILDING AND REMODELING CONPANy, INC., a Maine
corporation, successors In title to Sohn McGee and the City Of
Bangor, of Levant, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt
whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release,
bargain, sell and convey, and forever quit -claim unto the said Fowls
Brothers Home Building and Remodeling Company, Inc., its successors
and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to
the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County
Of Penobscot, State of Maine, and more particrIlarly described as
follows:
Lot number 41 Arminta Street and 60 Root Street.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by Ralph L. Waymouth, Treasurer) for unpaid
sewer assessment assessed for the year 1950 by virtue
Of a Treasurer's sewer deed recorded in Volume 1412,
Page 191 in the Penobscot Registry of Guess.
Granteek address: Levant, Maine.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor
may have in the foregoing property by virtue o- unpaid sewer assess-
ment for the year 1950.
To HAVE AND TO HOLD the sane, together with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Fowls Brothers
Home Building and Remodeling Company, Inc., its successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this
instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed in its
ecrPOrate name by John G. Field, its Treasurer thereunto duly authorised
