TgAT the City Treasurer is hereby authorised and directed to execute,
on behalf of the City of Bangor, an agreement in a farm approved by the City
Solicitor, for the purposes of providing for the coca true tion, operation and
maintenance of a foot bridge or aerial walkway extending over the Kenduskeag
Stream in the area of the new Merrill Trust Company building and the new
Merchants National Bank building, said foot bridge or aerial walkway to be
located in accordance with plane to be filed in the office of the City Engineer.
