LOCATION:
Beginning at a utility pole numbered 2 now located
on the southeasterly side of Third Street} thence
proceeding northwesterly across said Third Street,
one (1) pole to be located on the northwesterly
side over a distance of approximately 47 feet.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
crosearms, wires and/or cables tegether with associated appurtenances.The minivarm
clearance of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires. will be at least eighteen
feet over the public way.. The poles will be set within the limits of the public way, but

over and across certain public ways in City of Bu:gor County of
Penebe cat , State of Raine, all as set farth in its application, no

within the subject municipality which abuts the applicable way may file objections with the

Companyin hand or by registered or certified mail.
