—That the zone boundary lines as established by the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of larger on October 24, 1960, as amended, be hereby further emended
as follows!
By changing from the ResidentiaU Zone to Residential C Zone a parcel of land

ZONING AMENLMBNT
Provided that this ameadment shall not become effective until
the developer or owner of the land described herein posts a performance
bond in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor, the amount of said
bond to be equal to at least 25% of the estimated coat of the development.
Said band shall bee me payable to the City of Bangor if the developer or
owner fella to begin construction is a substantial manner and in accordance
with plans presently on file with the City for said development within one
year of the effective dace of this amendment.

on the above obasge, on September 24, 1974.
The Board gave very careful consideration to the Propeml, to
it's effect on the eras, to the appropriateness of we for inch
lade, and to those opposed to each we. The Board sweidecred the
detail of the propwal end the relative density proposed w well
m the co®anity needs for such housing.
After Consideration, the Planning Sound voted nwnimawlY to
approve the cbeage vita the raw®andstien that the ordinance be
emended to read Residence 5, instead of Residence C, to reflect
the new coning ordinance.
