laws and Ordinances of the City of Banger - National Electrical Code
Be i6 ordained by She My Connell of 96o Cit of Bangor, as foUme:
WEEAS, it is in the interest of public health, safety and we lfare to
adept recent changes and additions to regulation of electrical
installations: and
EFFEEAS, three (3) copies of the "National Electrical Cade 1975 Edition"
have been on file with the City Clerk since October 4, 1974,
NOW, THEAEPORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Bangor,
as follows:
THAT Chapter VII, Article 9, Section 1 of the laws and Ordinances of the
City of Mayor is hereby repealed and replaced with the foil owing;
Sec. 1 Adopting National Electrical Code. In accordance with
Title 30, Section
4156, ranine Revised Statutes Annotated of 1964, a
mended, the 'National Electrical Code 1975", 1975
edition, designated.ae N,F.P.A. No. 70-1975, and pre-
pared by the Natioul Fire protection Association, is
hereby adopted and incorporated by refer s the
mum
ministandards for installations in the
City of Bangor.
