T[IAT the City Manager be authorized to enter into an agreement with
the Urban Renewal Authority for the construction of a temporary parking
facility on Parcel B-11 (Hotel Parcell at an estimated cost of $8,840,
And be it further ORDERED that the City Manager be authorized and directed
to transfer from the Contingent Account (61-01-09( the necessary funds for
this project.
