Planning Board BH: Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Council Order 59 AC. Gentlenen: Please be advised that the Plaming Board held a public hearing for the above chanaa at their meeting on January 20,. 1975. The Board considered the proposed change, its purpose, the areas which would be effected by such a change, the desirability of such charge, the needs for nursing base sites, as well as to those opposed to the results of much a change in the ordinance. After various members expressed opinions that the change was not desireable and or net necessary, the Pleraing gears wanimovsly approved a notion to recommend that the zone ordinanbe Change be denied.
