TO: Honorable City Council
FROM:. Planning Board
BH: Zoning Ordinance Amendment - Council Order 59 AC.
Gentlenen:
Please be advised that the Plaming Board held a public hearing
for the above chanaa at their meeting on January 20,. 1975.
The Board considered the proposed change, its purpose, the areas
which would be effected by such a change, the desirability of such
charge, the needs for nursing base sites, as well as to those opposed
to the results of much a change in the ordinance.
After various members expressed opinions that the change was not
desireable and or net necessary, the Pleraing gears wanimovsly approved
a notion to recommend that the zone ordinanbe Change be denied.
Sincerely,
12--e17
