Statement of Pact: The Committee consists of 3 regular members appointed by
the City Council, 1 regular member appointed by the Planning
Board from among its members and 1 regular member appointed by the Fine Arts
Advisory Committee from amwg its members. The Associate Member is also appointed
by the City Council.
