And that Ne add City Engineer met at Be time and Place of me rl speei led he Na nodes and prmmded m Roiy%es dL4cAptlnug said Ricker L as _£o11w Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of-way line of York Street located 170 feet west from the westerly right -o£ -way line of Boyd Street; thence in a northerly direction at right angles to the northerly line of York Street for a distance of 200.85 feet to a point; thence in a westerly direction at right angles to the last described ling for a distance of 12 feet; thence ina southerly direction on a line parallel to, and 12 feet west from the first described lire for a distance of 200.85 feet to the northerly line of York Street; chance i an easterly direction along the northerly line of York Street for a distance of 12 feet to the point of beginning. said right-of-way was originally laid out in July, 1921, to serve the Ricker Estate, in accordance with a plan of the Estate of J. S. Ricker, made by Baldwin and Coombe, dated November, 1889, and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds Plan Book 4, Page 28. No person on persona appeared at the time and place set for the seting. It is recommended that the street be discontinued, since all of the adjacent property has been purchased by the Home for Aged woman, and the right-of-way is of no further use to the public. It is further recommended that no damages be allowed to any person or persons as a result of said discontinuance. A plan showing the right-of-way as originally laid out is recorded n city of Bangor Plan Book 3, Page 46, on file in the office of the City Engineer.
