ORDERED,
THAT the City Meager is hereby authorized am directed, on behalf of
the City of Bangor, to petition appropriate Federal agencies, including the
Federal Aviation Administration, for purposes Of:
l) Obtaining the approval for use for hotel purposes Of the
prgmta es. �epp®oalg -ynown as the hotel site at Bangor Inter-
nal Airport, said premises being described In a lease
agreement between the City of Cooper and Fueope Ash ASS ociates
dated September 11, 1974;
2) Requesting a forebea

to the City of Bangor, dated April 28, 1969 and all Other
documents Of title relating thereto:
3) Waiving the recapture provision: as set forth. In paragraph
