THAT WHEREAS a petition has been received requesting the dis-
continuance of a portion of Pushaw Road adjacent to the west bank
of Kenduskeag Stream, a copy of said petition attached, and
WHEREAS said Portion of the Pushaw Road right-of-way between the
Access Read to the Capehart Sewerage Treatment Plant and Kenduskeag
Stream isnot being used and has no value for public use. Now
therefor be it
ORDERED, that the city Engineer acting for and on behalf of the
Municipal Officers according to law proceed to discontinue said
portion of Pushaw Road from the Capehart Sewerage Treatment Plant
Access Road to the west bank of Kenduskeag Stream as a public way
and be it further
ORDFAED, that the city Engineer proceed to give notice of such
intention of said Municipal Officers according to law by posting
such notice for seven (7) days in two public places in the City of
Sauget and in the vicinity of said sight -of -way, and the City
Engineer is further
ORDERED, to make a written return of said pxoceedings containing
the bounds and admeasurements of the portion of the sight -of -way
to be discontinued and the damages allowed to any person or
persons as a result of said discontinuance, all in accordance with
the laws of the State of Maine.

This letter is to formally request that the section
of Pushaw Road from the Kenduskeag Stream to the
right of way for the sewerage plant and the proposed
road for the Ralph W. Hand and James S. Horton sub-
division be discontinued.
