Attention: Mr. John Frawley, City Engineer
Gentlemen:
The Home for Aged Women has acquired all of the property
adjacent to and on both sides of Ricker Lane, from York Street
to the end of the Lane. This has been done in contemplation of
their plan for future expansion.
It would seem that Ricker Lane can now be abandoned
as a public way, therefore, I direct this letter to you as
a request that the appropriate steps be taken, to the end that the
City can abandon Ricker Lane as a public way. Your attention to
this would be 'greatly -appreciated.
Very truly ..yours,
